Most visits start at a 2-cleaner, 2-hour minimum ($140). Move-in / move-out cleans are one flat price, confirmed from photos before we start. Text me your home size for a clear estimate.
I came to Canada and built my little cleaning business here in South Surrey and White Rock, one home at a time. I’m a mom of two, I take real pride in my work, and I treat every home like it’s my own. Most of my clients are neighbours who found me through word of mouth.
English is my second language, so I confirm your priorities by text before each visit, that way nothing gets missed. I usually bring a second cleaner, so we’re quick and in and out with less disruption. I’d love to help keep your home feeling fresh and cared for, and the easiest way to reach me is by text.

All my own supplies and equipment, including my own vacuum, so you don’t need to provide a thing.
Regular cleans are by the hour, per cleaner, so you only pay for the actual time. Move-out cleans are one flat price, confirmed before we start. No weekend or holiday surcharge.
I show up when I say I will, and you’ll always hear from me if plans ever need to change. You won’t be left waiting or wondering.
Happy with the result, or I’ll fix it. If I missed a spot, tell me within 24 hours and I’ll come back and re-clean that area free. Just text me what was missed.
I hold your time slot and turn down other work for it, so I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Less than 48 hours, or if I can’t get in, is charged 50% of the estimate.
Cash is preferred, and e-transfer works too. Payment is due on the day of the clean.
Pets are welcome. I have two dogs and a cat of my own, so I’m right at home around them. Just let me know about yours, and help settle any pet that might be anxious while I’m there.
Please put away cash, jewellery, and anything fragile or valuable you’d rather I not move or handle.
For safety and the right result, I leave a few jobs to specialists: biohazard or bodily-fluid cleanup, mould removal, pest problems, high or exterior upper windows, and moving heavy furniture.
